TICKET INSURANCE

Event Ticket Insurance Provided by Access America

Event Ticket Insurance provides coverage if you cannot attend the event for any covered reason. Coverage includes ticket cost, shipping and fees, up to $3000 per ticket!

When to Use This Program:
This program was designed with the specific needs of event ticket purchasers in mind. Event Ticket Insurance provides Trip Cancellation coverage for non-refundable event ticket costs, including any applicable service fees and shipping costs, up to $3,000, if you have to cancel your trip (event) for a covered reason. Event Ticket Insurance does not offer coverage for cancellation due to a personal change of plans or pre-existing conditions, unless specifically waived.? Please see below.

Event Ticket Insurance is calculated on a per ticket basis at 5 percent of your total ticket cost and service fees. The minimum charge per ticket is $6.25 and the maximum charge is $150. An event ticket that costs more than $3,000 will qualify for only $3,000 of coverage.

Please note that changes to your travel plans may require changes to your coverage. If your plans change, please contact Access America at 866-456-3102 to ensure your policy is still valid.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Within 10 days of purchasing the program, Access America will process a full refund of premium to you, as long as you have not already departed on your trip (event) or filed a claim. No refunds shall be paid to you after 10 days of purchasing the program.

Event Protection:
This is a brief description of the insurance protection and services provided in this program. Exclusions, conditions, and limitations may apply. A complete description, including a complete list of exclusions, conditions, and limitations, will be emailed to you upon completion of the purchase process. Be sure to call Access America at 866-456-3102 if, after purchasing this insurance, you do not receive the Certificate of Insurance/Policy that contains this vital information. Terms and conditions may vary according to your state of residence.

Trip Cancellation *: Coverage provides financial protection for expenses related to trip cancellation caused by a covered reason. Trip cancellation provides reimbursement for prepaid, non-refundable expenses, up to the amount of coverage purchased. Some covered reasons are listed below:

o Illness, injury or death of you, a covered family member or traveling companions.

o Jury duty if you are required to serve on a jury or served with a court order or subpoena

o Employer termination if you have been with the same employer for at least three continuous years and are terminated through no fault of your own after the effective date of this insurance.

Pre-existing Conditions Exclusion:
This program does not cover losses or expenses if they result from any injury occurring prior to and including the effective date of this insurance and any illness occurring during the 120 days prior to and including the effective date of this insurance for which treatment by a licensed physician has been sought or advised or for which symptoms exist which would cause a prudent person to seek diagnosis, care or treatment. In order to have the Pre-existing Conditions Exclusion waived, you must insure the full cost of all non-refundable trip (event) arrangements within fourteen days of purchasing your event ticket, be medically able to travel at the time of purchase of insurance and have not filed a claim for Trip Cancellation due to a pre-existing illness within 120 days of the effective date of this insurance. This waiver is available for trips (events) costing $10,000 or less per covered person.
